Mark Minns

Mark Minns set up mpm legal LLP in 2008. Prior to setting up mpm legal LLP Mark was a partner in the Employment, Industrial Relations and Employee Benefits team at Manches LLP, a leading commercial law firm with offices in London, Reading and Oxford.

Mark has a wide range of experience in advising on employment law issues and has acted for clients of various sizes in a wide range of sectors.

Mark has advised on the defence of numerous Employment Tribunal claims, business protection and the steps that employers may take to manage the risks associated with departing employees.

Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and sits on the Oxford branch committee of the Thames Valley CIPD group.

Outside of work Mark enjoys keeping fit, mountain biking, most forms of motor sport and golf.
