Mark Minns
Mark Minns set up mpm legal LLP in 2008. Prior to setting up mpm legal LLP Mark was a partner in the Employment, Industrial Relations and Employee Benefits team at Manches LLP, a leading commercial law firm with offices in London, Reading and Oxford.
Mark has a wide range of experience in advising on employment law issues and has acted for clients of various sizes in a wide range of sectors.
Mark has advised on the defence of numerous Employment Tribunal claims, business protection and the steps that employers may take to manage the risks associated with departing employees.
Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and previously sat on the Oxford branch committee of the Thames Valley CIPD group. Outside of work Mark enjoys keeping fit, mountain biking, most forms of motor sport and golf.

Adrienne Brown
Adrienne recently joined mpm legal having previously been at Doyle Clayton, Olswang and Andersen Legal. Adrienne’s main focus is steering employers through a wide range of employment law issues such as discrimination, performance management, conduct issues, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy.
Adrienne regularly appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal defending unfair dismissal, discrimination and other claims. Clients like her practical approach to finding a solution to issues and she is described as commercial and easy to work with.
Outside of work Adrienne plays hockey for Phoenix and Ranelagh based in Reading and enjoys time with her family.

Peter Beisty
Peter has joined mpm legal LLP in January 2011 having previously worked within the employment law teams at Shoosmiths and Field Seymour Parkes. Peter is an experienced employment lawyer who has represented clients in employment tribunal claims concerning a variety of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, all types of discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing.
Peter works alongside senior management teams and HR departments advising on performance management procedures, severance negotiations, complex grievances, multiple redundancies, business reorganisations and implementing changing terms of employment. Peter also has considerable experience of advising senior executives in relation to severance packages, restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses.
Peter's clients have described him as "a pleasure to work with" and "a solicitor who can give clear advice and guidance in a way we can understand and act on, knowing what risks or issues we face". Peter is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Outside work Peter is a keen cyclist and spends most of July glued to the greatest sporting competition in the world, the Tour de France.
