Dispute resolution - secondary consultation
All employers will face issues of discipline and grievance at some point.
It has been accepted for some time that the current statutory dispute resolution process does not work well enough, and that it should be replaced.
The Government is currently consulting over secondary legislation to improve matters, further details of which are set out in this article.
