Reps in action - how workplaces can gain from modern Union representation.

BERR, the TUC and the CBI have recently joined forces and have produced a document that highlights the value that union representatives have in the workplace.

The document is called 'Reps in action - how workplaces can gain from modern Union representation' and it seeks to highlight the positive role that is played by Union representatives in the workplace. The document sets out a number of real world examples of how businesses and the Union representatives have joined together to solve a workplace issue.
