These change each year and this document sets out the rates applicable for the period commencing on 6th April 2021 and running to 5th April 2022. Of most common relevance is the cap on a weeks’ pay has increased from £538 to £544 and the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal has increased from £88,519 to £89,493 (or 52 weeks’ capped pay if lower).
