International Women’s Day seems like a great day to reflect on some issues that are still more topical than perhaps they should be in 2018 – the gender pay gap and equal pay.  In January, I was lucky enough to spend a great day out of the office at Broadcasting House W1A, so that I could be interviewed by the lovely Jane Hill on BBC News about these very topics. A number of people who missed the interview have asked us to share the video, and what better day to do that than today!
