You will be ambitious with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to anything and everything on offer. Our team have all worked in ‘big law’ and made the jump to a more enlightened way of working. We can help you do the same and to have more control over your future.
We are a specialist employment and business immigration law firm with a global client base, based in the Thames Valley. Many of our clients are household names and our work is varied, interesting and heavily business focused.
We cover the whole breadth of employment law so the work on offer encompasses advising on employee relations issues, policy and contract work, post-termination restrictions and related claims, corporate support for transactions and of course defending tribunal claims. An interest in business immigration work would be advantageous but is not essential.
We have a ‘zero stuffiness’ policy and pride ourselves on not being a ‘traditional’ law firm. What does this mean? There is no rigid 9-5.30 approach. We also have no time recording targets, office politics, pointless meetings and every day is a dress down day. We are all about successful output and what matters most is being accessible, agile, responsive and creative for our clients.
We think the level of work on offer means you will be 2-4 years pqe but if you fall outside of this range and think you would be a good fit then please do not be put off applying.
